Mayer Brown Sports and Social Club take on Team Sport’s Farnborough Multi-Level 800m Go Kart Track.
This month’s SSC outing had 20 of Mayer Brown’s staff from their Woking and Aldershot offices travel to Farnborough for a weekday evening of karting. After being split into to two teams, the fun started with practice laps followed by qualifying races to determine who would take pole position and the places on the starting grid. This was followed by two 21 lap Super Grand Prix races for each group. After many crashes, black flags and racers being banished to the ‘naughty step’ in the pit lane for 1 lap, we eventually had two sets of podium winners, Adrian Barnley and Ollie Neaves. Well done guys.
Great fun was had by all. One of our next planned SSC trips will see us take on the Guildford Beer Festival.
