Scheme Objectives:

To develop a Travel Plan for the site which can then be used to prepare Travel Plans for each of the occupants of the Business Park.

Mayer Brown’s Role:

Mayer Brown have developed a Travel Plan for the Monkton South Business Park, as required by South Tyneside Council, which takes into account Council Policy, local background, proposals for the management of the Park and other measures. The Travel Plan requirement is part of the planning conditions for the Business Park, which is now built and being occupied.

The Council uses a Travel Planning website for submission of Travel Plans for individual companies and Mayer Brown are using the site Travel Plan to consult with each occupant to agree and submit an individual Travel Plan for each occupant.
