The partial change of use of South Western House from office to student accommodation consisting of 87 flats.
Mayer Brown’s Role:
Mayer Brown has carried out an Accessibilty Assessment (AA) to consider the effect the partial change of use would have on the local highway network. The site is situated near to Bournemouth town centre and the report considered pedestrian movements, road safety issues and the effects of existing and proposed Traffic Regulation Orders in the study area.
The AA also considered all sustainable transport requirements for the proposed development together with travel planning issues for students.
