Scheme Objectives:

To develop a masterplan based upon Newcastle City Council’s brief for the site to provide a mix of housing and office facilities, as part of the wider regeneration of the west end of Newcastle.

Mayer Brown’s Role:

Mayer Brown are working with a team of consultants including Mosedale Gillat Architects, Hall and Partners Project Managers and Portland Construction, in developing the masterplan for this physically challenging site which sits on the steep valley sides of the River Tyne.

Mayer Brown have provided transport planning support and advice on accessibility, highway access and design, ultimately leading to a planning application for the site. Mayer Brown are also preparing the Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for the site.
