Scheme Objectives:To provide a temporary park and ride facility for Maidenhead, whilst major redevelopment works were being completed on a town centre car park.

Mayer Brown’s Role:Mayer Brown completed the feasibility, planning and detailed design for the 600 space temporary Park and Ride facility. The work included liaison with the bus companies bidding to run the Park and Ride service, and providing advice to the Local Authority on the bids.

Mayer Brown designed the off site highways improvements and produced a car park management plan. Detailed design work also included costing of the car park and access arrangements. During construction Mayer Brown provided the site supervisor role.
