Scheme Objectives:
This is a new housing development of 34 homes in Freshwater, Isle of Wight.

Mayer Brown’s Role:
Mayer Brown has carried out the detailed design of the road and drainage systems for the development, including negotiations with the IW Council and Southern Water for adoption agreements.

There were also significant off site works required by the IW Council which included footpath and bus stop improvements, road widening and visibility splays at the access to the site.

Mayer Brown has also prepared the traffic management and diversion scheme to cover the construction period.
