Provision of drawings showing proposals for the introduction of Controlled Parking Zones for public consultation. Preparation and submission of Traffic Regulation Orders including associated statutory
consultations.
Mayer Brown’s Role:
Produced West Byfleet CPZ plans showing all current parking and loading restrictions including all dropped kerbs and signposts.
Assisted the council officers in drafting the brief, obtained OS mapping and all other relevant background data. Carried out the necessary site visits over a number of days.
Prepared and submitted plans showing the proposed CPZ areas which were then transferred to exhibition panels for public consultation at the local library. Also resourced public consultation as arranged by the council.
Delivered all necessary detailed information, enabling the Council to implement the scheme.
