Steven is responsible for detailed design of, primarily, Section 278 and Section 38 highway works.  His responsibilities include liaison with client, project team, statutory undertakers and approving authorities to achieve project goals.  Steven has experience with various software packages, most notably AutoCAD Civil 3D, and also has experience in all stages of Road Safety Auditing.
